Affordable Culinary Bliss in Trim – Perfect for Families!

Stumbled upon this gem in Trim's center for a delightful mid-January lunch, a perfect choice post-Trim Castle exploration. Despite the bustling atmosphere, we snagged a table in just 5 minutes.

Opted for an unusual twist with chicken in the Carbonara, surprisingly tasty. The seafood pasta was a highlight, absolutely incredible! The breaded calamari was decent, nothing fancy. The garlic bread stole the show – sizable and oh-so-delicious.

The manager had everything in check, evident in the smooth operation. The attentive staff added to the positive experience. Plus, the pricing was just right – an excellent value for the quality of the meal. A family-friendly spot, ideal for savoring delicious and affordable meals in Trim! 🏰🍝💰

Just incredibile! The food is extremely delicious, we went there spontaneously for brunch and then had to go back the same day for tea. The staff was very nice as well, I forgot my leap card on the table and a staff member ran after me all the way to the bus station to give it to me. Would recommend 100%, cozy ambience, delicious food and the nicest staff!

Worst dining experience I’ve ever had.

Staff was rude. We sat down and waitress immediately asked us what we wanted. We said please give us a minute. Returned after about 10 mins while we sat waiting. I said “we’re ready to order now” and she started grabbing the menus away saying “you already ordered.” Confused, we said “no” and then she goes “oh you haven’t ordered and you want to order.” What else would we do at a restaurant?

Ordered a fish & chips, toastie, Coca Cola, water and side of chips. The water and side of chips never came. The fish & chips was extremely bland and had a hair in it (yuck!) The tartar sauce was basically mayo. The toastie was average.

I've been to this restaurant several times now and am already planning our next trip. The food, atmosphere, and service are fantastic. They're so accommodating and friendly. Thank you
